Delivery Update – Coronavirus (Covid-19)


Following last night’s announcement from the Government regarding the current pandemic, we have made the decision to cease all operations until we are told it is safe to do so.

This means we are suspending our home delivery service for a three week period or until such time as the restrictions are lifted. All online orders placed during this period will be honoured and a delivery time confirmed as soon as possible.

All customers with outstanding orders have also been contacted to let them know that we will confirm a new date for delivery as soon as we can.

Whilst the situation regarding home delivery of non-essential items is not yet clear we fully understand the need for the travel restrictions that have been put in place. As a business we believe it is right that we limit our own movements and help limit the spread of the virus, to play our part in supporting the NHS teams that so many are relying on during these unprecedented times, and to protect our employees and customers as much as possible.

When deliveries resume we will continue to operate our “contactless delivery” service; that is, when your delivery arrives there is no need to sign for receipt of goods which means you will be able to continue to maintain appropriate social distancing for as long as is needed.
