For deliveries of online orders: please be aware that deliveries are taking longer than normal to process. This is due to unprecedented demand and extra measures in place to help keep staff and customers safe.
Please allow at least:
1-2 weeks for natural products + 7 days for cut downs.
3-4 weeks for painted products + 7 days for cut downs.
4-6 weeks for RHS / Prestige products.
The majority of deliveries will fall within the above times and we thank you for your patience if things take a little longer. You will receive an email two days before despatch so you know your order is on its way. Thank you for your understanding.
We now have a team of great people manning the workshop who are working with a new set of procedures in place in order to dispatch our ready-made products.
As well as the strict procedures in our workshop, we are now operating our “contactless delivery” service; that is, when your delivery arrives there is no need to sign for receipt of goods which means you will be able to continue to maintain appropriate social distancing for as long as is needed.
Our bespoke service is also now available, working within some COVID-19 restrictions. As all bespoke projects vary in their requirements, do get in touch with us to discuss your ideas and find out what will be possible.
