Our Guarantees and Accreditations

All our bespoke products are built using quality materials by our team of skilled and experienced craftsmen. We have been trading successfully for over 25 years and are proud of the many items that we have made and delivered throughout the U.K. Our guarantees below should be used as a guide, each bespoke project will have its own issues that our project managers can explain should this be required. As the majority of what we build is made from natural materials, maintenance will be required. We do try to minimise this by carefully hand selecting the best possible timber. 

Guarantees and Accreditations

  • Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from date of delivery or the completion of the installation.
  • The majority of the timber we use is guaranteed between 12 years to 25 years depending on what is specified. 
  • Furniture (hinges and handles etc) are guaranteed for 12 months. 
  • Exterior paint finishes are guaranteed for 12 months, recoating is recommended every 4 – 6 years, this is dependent on a number of issues that will be specific to the position of the product i.e exposure to sun, wind, rain and whether it is near the coast. 

We are CHAS accredited for health and safety.

 

We are SMAS Worksafe accredited. Our Health and Safety management system meets the SSIP Core Criteria and is in line with the H&S legislation. 

We are FORS accredited. The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme that promotes best practice for commercial vehicle operators.

FSC accredited timber is available on request. 

Member of TRADA (The Timber Research and Development Association), an international membership organisation dedicated to inspiring and informing best practice design, specification and use of wood in the built environment.
