Product Details

A timber baton which can be used to finish an external corner where slatted panels meet. Please see the drawings on the slatted panel listings for details on how these are used.

24mm x 24mm for Prestige panels.
Also available in 2 different length options: 900mm and 1800mm.
Used to create an external corner with slatted panels.
Manufactured using 70% PEFC Certified Western Red Cedar, FSC Mix 70% *Thermally Treated Timber or FSC Mix 70% Iroko
*Thermally Treated Timber can be painted in a choice of 11 paint options
Pre-painted panels save work on site and are prepared in special temperature-controlled conditions using an award winning British exterior paint for a smooth, consistent, and durable finish

*Our Thermally Treated Timber uses heat and steam in a completely chemical-free process to naturally enhance its durability and stability. The process creates an attractive and long-lasting material, perfect for our natural or painted exterior joinery.

Click & Collect is from our workshop in Clacton. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a notification that your order is ready.

For deliveries, we send an email two days before despatch so you know your order is on its way.

Our products use responsibly sourced timber wherever possible and we have committed to plant one tree with every order with Ecologi. Our workshop roof is covered in solar panels and the workshop and paint drying rooms are heated with a biomass system which uses our waste timber and sawdust.

Painting

The timber products from our online shop can be expertly painted to order. Choose from 11 popular garden paint colours. We use a special paint system applied in our purpose built spray booths. All painted products are treated with a special exterior undercoat followed by a coat of the chosen paint colour, and then carefully dried in temperature controlled drying rooms, the best possible conditions to ensure the most attractive and durable finish.

Cutting service

Few outdoor spaces are the perfect dimensions for the fixed sizes of our trellis and fence panels. For many of our popular products, we offer a cutting service to adjust the height or width of one or more of your panels. Panels are cut using specialist equipment, and reframed to produce a neat finish. Please note that we cannot make the panels bigger, only cut them down to size.
