1-2 weeks for natural products + 7 days for cutting service.
2-3 weeks for painted products + 7 days for cutting service.
RHS / Prestige products from 2 weeks.
2-5 working days for sample boxes.

Click & Collect is from our workshop in Clacton. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a notification that your order is ready.

For deliveries, we send an email two days before despatch so you know your order is on its way.

Sustainability

Our products use responsibly sourced timber wherever possible and we have committed to plant one tree with every order with Ecologi. Our workshop roof is covered in solar panels and the workshop and paint drying rooms are heated with a biomass system which uses our waste timber and sawdust.
