Specification
- The first measurement is the width. The second is the height of the sides/shoulder of the panel, the third is the overall height in the middle of the panel
- Slat - 20mm x 9mm with rounded edges
- Grooved frame with eased edges - subject to manufacturing variances approximately 30mm - 35mm x 30mm - 5mm.
- Trellis made with a gap size of approximately 40mm between slats

- Pre-painted panels save work on site and are prepared in special temperature controlled conditions using a European exterior paint for a smooth, consistent and durable finish.

All panels are quality checked. There is a front face to each panel which is given an additional hand finish for a smoother surface
*We suggest using Panel Spacer Strips on our 30-34mm framed panels if metal Duraposts are used.

We use a special paint system applied in our purpose built spray booths. All painted product is treated with a special exterior undercoat followed by a coat of the chosen paint colour, and then carefully dried in temperature controlled drying rooms, the best possible conditions to ensure the most attractive and durable finish.
